Wonderful place, wonderful people !!!!

Great value for money. Food tastes really good. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Sufficient parking spaces available.

At the reception I was greeted rather coolly. Check-in was unnecessarily complex. Apparently the booking data was not adopted. I had to fill out the registration form completely. At other hotels, everything is usually pre-filled and I just have to sign The room was very nice and large with a sofa and table. Despite the cool weather and the open window, I sweated a lot in bed. That was probably due to the waterproof mattress cover. The thin sheet could not create the necessary sleeping environment. Please come up with another solution. I also loved the walk-in shower. The indoor pool was lovely. However, bath towels, slippers and robes were not ready. But I didn't even ask for it. Unfortunately the sauna costs an additional 5 € / person. The breakfast is okay (for € 4.50 included in the room rate). Almost everything was there that I would have liked. However, there was more of a canteen feeling when it came to the furnishings. The lady at breakfast felt like a guard, but she was helpful and took care of things.

Staff very unfriendly , lady on reception said in deutch "we are in germany you should speak german". This is unacceptable when on booking.com you said Staff can speak english. Reception worker should never streaming at guest!

It is a good hotel for price. But they have cut some corners. Example minibar is replaced with vending machine. Out side in hallway.

A wonderful house. We used the hotel as a starting point for excursions to Bamberg. Nice modern rooms. Giant shower. Everything clean and well maintained. Service good to outstanding. Small swimming pool in the house. Great. Well-kept garden with sun loungers and a small children's playground. Breakfast buffet great. Seldom got such good rolls in a hotel. Beer was delicious. Restaurant 100 percent to be recommended. Fresh Franconian dishes. Also classics like Jägerschnitzel. On the map. We are happy to respond to special requests. Would book Hotel Göller again at any time and can recommend it without reservation. Thank you for the nice weekend.

Friendly and fun staff. Wonderful restaurant with dedicated waitstaff. Rooms are typical of European hotels with twin beds pushed together to make a double bed with separate comforters. I would stay again.

Only visited the restaurant; typically German food. High quality, was very good and a solid performance. Will be back.

Friendly staff, breakfast ok. Good hygiene and respect for the environment. We stayed two nights and had a delicious dinner based on fresh wild mushrooms. The chef was flexible and friendly to modify the recipe according to vegan requirements. We never had a good night's sleep because of the hot temperature in the room and also because of elevated noise levels from traffic, all evening and night, coming from the street in which the hotel is located.

Personal and conscientious service. We jad an accidential spill and theyinsisyed on not only reseating us but also serving us a complimentary apperitif.
